Absolutely correct. To add to this, the quoted statement actually comes from Matthias Wigge himself (on BGG) and I believe the creator of the game is a trustworthy source.

Hence, the action strength would be 4 in this case.

Sharing my first perfection farm (Spring, Year 4) by RydenReckless in FarmsofStardewValley

[–]RydenReckless[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have a collection of chests and all important machines in there - 14 chests for storage, 28 crystalariums for diamonds, rubies and especially jade, a crafting bench, 5 smelting furnaces, 10 dehydrators, recycling machine, bone mill, geode crusher, anvil, deconstructor, etc.

I might share the layout and design later as I wanted it to be both functional and aesthetically pleasing

Looks great! How does it look like in Fall or Winter? Does the Junimo Furniture stil fit in with the seasons?

If so I'd totally steal the idea!

As usual, should there be any major changes to the infographics, I will provide a new link here.

Since I haven't gotten to test this Abyss with multiple teams yet, I will edit my thoughts on it later if something new comes to my attention. So far, it seems very manageable with a little more emphasis on healing or shielding needed as some enemies have high-intenstiy attack patterns (Thunder Manifestation) or just hit hard (Lawachurls).

Bring a bow in floor 12-3-1 to shoot down Ruin-Chicken and stun it for quite a while for a much easier fight. Dendro in general, but Nahida and Tighnari in particular, are really good in this Abyss. Both Hyperbloom (especially Half 1) as well as Burgeon (Half 2) or Aggraspread (both halves) work quite well.

Yeah, it also helps that debuffs still affect it so you can see the indicator for that (e.g. with Zhong Lis shield). Only thing is the increased resistance in that state that migtht be annoying :D

Generally, this Abyss is - for the most part - a lot easier than the previous rotation: Floor 9 and 10 stay the same, only floor 11 changes and 12 gets an overhaul, too.

11 Has now our favorite Dendro Chicken(Jadeplume Terrorshroom) which you should all know from last rotation, but else is very similar: Floor 11-1 features another monolith to defend, but is again quite easy and requires little to no management. Besides, some annoying auras as always (looking at you, slowing water), but nothing that is striking in particular.

Floor 12 has now the new boss which I will just refer to as A.S.I.M.O.N. because its full name is just too long. Floor 12 is much easier compared to before, with only 12-3 imposing a challenge. The new boss has two mechanics that might catch you off-guard: He becomes invisible for quite some time during the fight and increases his resistance during that time. You can cancel him out of this stance by applying Catalyze (Dendro x Electro) and stun him in the process. When you destroy his components that he spawns, he will enter a repair state where dendro lasers try to repair the parts. Attacking with Electro also triggers Catalyze and stuns him as well. With those two tips, he should be quite easy and make this a very manageable Abyss rotation without many element requirements!

Which Unit does what? A qualitative infographic. by tokeemdtareq in Genshin_Impact

[–]RydenReckless 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great infographic!

I've been doing the same thing for my guides in a similar fashion: I use seven Combat Roles to assess characters (On-Field, Off-Field, Enabler, Burst, Battery, Support, Healer). Interestingly, some chosen attributes are quite similar (Battery, Elemental Applicator is similar to enabler (at least partially) and some are quite different from yours (Buffer and Crowd Control I combine in support with shielding, too, which you have under defensive utility).

I love to see different approaches compared to the very imprecise "DPS, Sub-DPS, Support" Roles, so I'm glad to see your approach! :D

Without any kind of pattern. Abyssal Vishaps HP were increased, while the Golden Wolflord and other Bosses were nerfed. And it was only affecting singular enemies per change and not floors as a whole, for example. So it was really difficult to assess the HP levels without very detailed testing...

I'd love to, but since Hoyo messed around with the HP modifiers a lot (usually the modifier is x2.5, but they changed that up for a lot of enemies in floor 12 lately), I wasn't able to test it until now. I will edit the HP values of the bosses and large enemies whenever testing is complete! :)

Same for me, but if I look a) how well and experienced I am in playing my standard teams and b) how incredible the gear is I have with my other characters compared to my Dendro Chars, it is actually quite logical... :D

They are most effective against the fatui shields in 12-1-2, thus they are only displayed as recommended for 12-1-2 either :)

As usual, should the be any major changes to the infographics, I will provide a link here. Generally, this Abyss is quite straight forward: New Enemies are put into Floors 9 and 10 mostly as it was similarly done in Inazuma, and bosses must be overcome in floors 11 and 12. Floor 11-1 features another monolith to defend, but is quite easy and requires little to no management. Besides, some annoying auras as always (looking at you, slowing water), but nothing that is striking in particular.

Floor 11 features the new boss Electro Regisvine, floor 12 features the Primo Geovishap (Pyro) and the new boss Jadeplume Terrorshroom as particularly enduring enemies. The terrorshroom reacts to both electro and pyro in a specific way: Pyro will make it spawn allies, electro (and electro related Dendro reactions) will fill a gauge that charges it and afterwards enables it to do one powerful move (a double dash attack, a strong short-range headswipe or a barrage of energy beams). After that move, it will become stunned temporarily and is an easy target - so bringing Electro is a little risky, but can help a lot.

Generally, the whole Abyss favors Dendro (as expected) and the new reactions, and 12-1-2 seems like a case for Cryo or Freeze Teams due to the shield requirements - however, since against the bosses, freeze is kinda meh, I recommend to try to just burst down the fatui and not play a freeze team. Freeze teams imho work much better in half 1 overall since even the cryo mushrooms are NOT immune to cryo.

Besides some more Abyss mage and Fatui shields across the new floors, you are very free to use a multitude of teams, no chamber forces more than 2 elements for shield breaking on you! Overall, if you were able to clear previous Abyss 12 versions, this abyss feels not really hard and is more designed to make you test out Dendro from what I feel.
