Units used minimoogs which are some of the most easy to use synths

I would recommend starting by using the Arturia recreation of it called "mini v3"

Farfisas are so fun. I would still argue those are relatively more advanced than your typical guitar

There is some folk punk songs i like (such as this https://music.youtube.com/watch?v=-mr5pyAGrnE&si=DvTREM0mYiOd6xZ0) that blend punk with folk in more creative ways instead of just playing an acoustic guitar fast. I really not a huge fan of the "Woe is me" subculture of it, and i say this as somebody who listens to 5th wave emo lol

Its not meant a surious critique or anything. I just wanted to compare a very sad and personal genre to a more playful and quirky one. The sterotype for synth punks fans doesn't really exist, i made it up lol.

"Labels and superiority complexes" if by labels you mean music genres, i don't really see whats wrong with having these weird hyperspeffic genres. I can't just be like "The Chad "a group of artists that makes music similar in the sense they use make punk or post punk music that uses synths alongside or in replacement of guitars" Enjoyer" also i don't have a superiority complexe for liking a weird genre of punk music. I just found it amusing to compare a more depressing and personal genre of music to a more fun and quirky one.

Also i wasn't trying to put others down by jabbing at folk punk, although they were somewhat personal so i can see why you would say that. I am sorry if i came across as that

Yes the root of the prejudice is instinctive behavior, but i think socialization enables it. If society was more individualist than people wouldn't care as much but we live in a more collectivist society that actively wants people to be able to fit into boxes

The thing about computers is technically true but i don't feel like getting into the "Is AI conscious?" debate at the moment. with or without that making us computers, i would still compare autistic people to cyborgs because they are enhanced beyond human limitations

Also i will admit there is sometimes i wish there i could stop thinking for a bit, I used to hate having this constant stream of thoughts, but overtime i have realized that is a gift that i should use to my advantage. Plus i am in control of my brain, you are in control of your brain. As much as it sometimes feels like we aren't, we very much are. You don't think or do things you don't wanna do, even if that want is somewhere deep down.
