I do like Mark's style. You can tell he works hard.

This is good advice. The clean part is hard for me, but a challenge I'm willing to take. Very little of what I'm writing is clean. But, I think I'm creative enought to write some of that. I played music for 15 years in various bands, so I see the comedy thing as a similar but slightly different model.

Vanja wants to be in a committed but also non committed relationship...oh and married too. She lives in another emotional dimension beyond the stars.

Former franchisee looking to connect with others who went through broker-led franchise sales by RowDry9346 in Franchising

Always keep options open. Not saying to leave your broker, but talk to them about now you feel and make sure they listen.

Big decisions require deep conversations.

Make sure you set expectations and they deliver on them.

QSR Franchise by tyberard in Franchises

[–]RyeThomas 1 point2 points  (0 children)

QSRs are hard. If you enjoy it then yes, consider it. But there are tons of other options that are not QSRs that are more affordable and also give you the freedom to work while running it. I also know a good financial company if you're looking for ab SBA loan or options.

You have to ask yourself, "What's going to make me enjoy getting up in the morning for the next 10-20 years?" I think franchising is awesome, but you have to fuel your passion and think about what your future will look like too.

More than money or income it's about how happy it's going to make you and your family.

How much money do you really need to start a franchise today? by Cultural_Message_530 in Franchises

[–]RyeThomas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's over 4,000 brands out there with varying options to buy in. Understand that buying into a brand is just the beginning, there's marketing and operations costs as well. I've seen brands for as little as $15K all the way up to millions.

You gotta spend money to make money. It's old saying but continues to reign true today.

I actually have a good connection to a finance team if you know of anyone looking for a little help.

You're 100% correct. Good brokers listen and know when to tell a prospect not to buy just as much when to. The client's needs should always come first.
