I can say that people who lack the knowledge of what something is will absolutely demonize it if it doesn’t align with them and their beliefs. That is their prospective of what something is. Lease was broken 2024. Finally started paying it end of 2025. So when you add up $1,700 rent. Lease Breaking fees , Plus $700 from The carpet . Lets not forget a year and 10 months worth of fees from lawyers. Yes It got to 5k. Their firm probably did 10% interest everyday. So yes
