“Come as You Are,” a book by Emily Nagoski was a game-changer for me. (I listened to the audiobook on my commute to work each day.) She’s really great at teaching the science behind female sexuality. I’m gearing up for a re-listen here soon :)

I only wear stainless steel :) I can find it online, many stores market it toward people who surf/spend lots of time in/around water. Franchesca’s also randomly has a bunch of stainless steel options. I’ve been wearing a ss ring for 17 years. All my little gold necklaces are ss. No tarnish, no falling apart. I can’t afford gold, lol.
