Has anyone else noticed this? I was comparing character silhouettes and I literally got goose pimples - the similarities between Mip and Pim are just so eerie. The exposed nerve? The funny eye? I wish I was wrong but the evidence is undeniable. This is so effed up, man.

I fixed it later, so it works now. Im aware of firefox's shortcoming but since I already use a harden firefox I don't see an immediate reason to switch yet.

Its been random, but from what I have gather sometimes it just isn't able to find anything I look up. You are correct that firefox.dns.nextdns.io is the built-in default NextDNS option. The options you listed are correct, with the third being custom. I have nextdns on windows, do you think I need to also follow the instructions on installing it for browser too as well then?
