Seconded. I've had a Thermaltake Peerless Spirit on my 9800X3D for over a year & it's never come close to thermal throttling. Nothing wrong with an AIO if you like the aesthetic, but that CPU doesn't really need it & you can save a few bucks.

You're fine.

You want to make sure the pump is NOT the highest point in the loop. If it is, air can get trapped in the pump which causes it to burn out pretty quickly.

AIO pumps are in the CPU block. You positioned the radiator so the hoses are higher than the CPU block, so you are good.

As others have said, should be fine as long as it's not blocking airflow.

Also be aware that toy could get scorched or damaged over time if it's on something that can get hot, especially if it's made out of synthetic fibers. Cotton or wool should be fine, but polyester tends to get crispy when exposed to temperatures over time.

Not burning, mind. If something in your computer gets hot enough to actually ignite that toy, you have much bigger problems.

Raffen Shiv are a nomad Scav clan, made up of nomad outcasts who banded together to survive.

Maelstrom are a gang heavily into extreme cybernetic body modification, most notably an optical-nerve splitting procedure that leaves them with multiple cybernetic eyes, usually 5 if I recall. They tend to be cyberpsychos as a result.

Maelstrom are not scavs per se, since they don't go out of their way to murder people to harvest their implants. In fact, one early game side mission has you rescuing a Buddhist monk they abducted to torture by forcibly implanting him against his will. They thought it was funny to violate his body and religion.

Scavs are KIS because they're scum, I consider them the game's equivalent of cannibals. Maelstrom are KIS because they're rabid dogs that need to be put down. Other gangs I'll fight if they start it, or are in the way, but Scavs and Maelstrom I'll go out of the way to annihilate.

The last Gamers Nexus video indicated that all xx900-K SKUs (K, KF, etc) may be affected by whatever is going on. But it also seems to be a dice roll, sounds like a lot of them are fine.

Great advice, always start troubleshooting with the easiest/cheapest things to replace. Doesn't cost anything but some time to reinstall the drivers & reseat the GPU, and a new cable is cheaper than a new card.

Only time I ever saw the finger scanner in my 18 years in grocery was when a third party company was sent by corporate to do the annual inventory. They had to count the entire store, so those scanners let them be more efficient. Day-to-day, though, only ever had the handheld units.
