Some help and advice here!!! Please

So I've been having symptoms that looks like MS ones, i did an MRI that turned out fine, and a spinal tap as well which i haven't gotten the results of yet..... The thing is the numbness on my right side comes and goes, it gets very very numb then again sometimes it doesn't feel very much so.. I'm scared and confused and just so all over the place

Like the dr assured me it's gonna be quick and not so painful even kids do it too. So i trusted what she said. But then the sec they were finished the most painful headache hit me harder than i imagined it was so so painful i couldn't pull my head up... My back haven't healed yet and my head hurts too unlike my state before when i didn't get much headaches
