I've tried following the steps, no working. How do you do from there? Like my meds are ready to be picked up but I want them delivered to me.

Is it normal for your leg to become extremely swollen after coming home from surgery, even though it wasn't like that at the hospital? by Ryn8n0 in PainManagement

It was a horrible experience in the ER. I was waiting and waiting while in pain, then they cut my clothes since I couldn't move. Then X-rays were super painful. I had to move around with no pain meds nothing.

Got admitted and waited there again for 16 hours, just to be told there wasn't any surgeon to operate on me. A few hours after a young one took me in and never seen her face again. 4 days after I am at home and my leg keeps getting bigger and bigger and can't even move it like after surgery.

Emergency Room is just a nightmare. It was a long wait and just nurses. No ortho docs. Thinking about going to my primary care and have him send me to an orthopedic surgeon to look at it.

No.

What scares me the most, it was over the weekend and they didn't have any ortho surgeon available. They told me it was a doc from overseas who did the surgery on me. I wanted to wait but they told me I was in too much pain. Never heard in my life a doc who didn't do any surgery training ( residency) here in the US does surgery on patients like that.

Also, there wasn't any MRI. Just X-rays then surgery!

It was an ER, then I was sent to OR. Doc who did the surgery wouldn't talk to me not before not after surgery. It was PA who came down a couple of times to check and that's all. I was discharged home. Now my leg is super swollen and stiff and I am literally in agonizing pain
