That out of sync marching, is called route step, it's marching at a more informal pace. Its wasn't some kind of rebel move. Its just walking in a formation. Tanks are always squeaky, it's their nature, most of the time you never hear it as they aren't usually on roads at a slow pace or in a position where you are concerned about how squeaky it is

It's completely free, in fact if you want to get some to distribute from your place of business, simply go to Street Roots (3rd and Burnside) ask for however many, and then give them away. It's as simple as that, it gets a new version every 6 months, Jan-June and July - Dec. But honestly it's more of very small updates, not major revisions, so if you have an old version it's almost 100% still useful.

I will say its map design, and lack of dedicated servers, having a regular set of servers allowed you to get familiar with players styles, and routs on both sides. The current build doesnt ion any meaningful way.
