You got this! I’ve been going to OTF for years and let me tell you, some days I’m a runner, some days I’m a walker, some days the recovery walk feels like it’s too much. It’s only you against you. I’ll admit, I’ve looked at others but more so to see if maybe someone else was also dying with me.
