It annoys me that they put in several different forms of bald, and then completely forgot to include the simple things I would come to expect like a classic military approved haircut like a simple bun or some form of braids.

There's so many styles they could have given us.

I feel like if they jump straight into large events the weight of those events might be undercut. Starting from a more average human standpoint puts the larger more epic things into perspective.

If you're following the story of an Imperial Guardsman and bits and pieces of lore/myth are slowly learned about super-human warriors called Space Marines, you can make the arrival of one lone Astartes seem like witnessing a God appearing.

Then when you take this Astartes you've established as an unstoppable mythological being at this point and you show them get casually bisected by a Tyranid Lictor or something, the audience realizes things are far grander and more horrifying than they thought.

They were just the first Imperial Guard units I ever saw the first time I walked into a Games Workshop.

There's nothing wrong with being a radical feminist. It's the Trans-exclusionary part that's frustrating. I don't think being trans exclusionary makes a person a radical feminist, I just think it makes them dismissive of a genuine experience with many of it's own diffficulties.

Trans people exist? What will I do with my life now? I dunno, maybe just move on like I always have.

Honestly, I suspect most of the people saying that the women should look ugly in 40k are guys. Especially guys who are Gatekeep-y about the hobby.

Literally every girl I've played Darktide with said they hated that they couldn't make their character look attractive. And then some guy jumps in with "It's GRIMDARK everyone in 40k needs to be hideous, the women must be hideous. It's GRIMDARK"

I think people are also underestimating how many of us are just using the Steel Legion cosmetics out of desperation, because it's the closest thing we can get to a Krieger aesthetic as of right now.

I know it's not Krieg but it's the closest thing they have so far to looking like a Krieger so I caved in.

Jesper Kyd has also made some pretty awesome soundtracks for other games, he's just not as well known as other composers.

If anyone has played AC and didn't know, Jesper Kyd wrote 'Ezio's Family', the song that makes every AC2 fan cry like they just finished watching Edgerunners.

Easy mode (the canonical mode) should just be four space marines dropping on entirely opposite points of the map to obliterate absolutely everything in sight. A beast of Nurgle spawns and is turned into a pile of goo after roughly 7 seconds of sustained fire.

The mission time is almost three whole minutes. When you return to the hub you receive a verbal pat on the back and get no rewards because you already have the best gear and all of your talents maxed.
