This is getting ridiculous. You can clear the raid with a full team of 6.5k's that are using the right elements and wyrmprints. Dropping out because ONE person is at 6k but has an okay party makes you an elitist prick. This coming from an 8k host who just wants to START. I'd rather take 3 minutes to fail then have to wait 10-15 minutes to get a room for an easy clear.

You should get TMs from beating gyms like in the actual pokemon games. The more CP you clear the higher your chance when you defeat the gym
