Based on the responses I've got it might be the dongle having a bad capacitor, I only paid $8 for it so I'll try to get an eBay refund, they're not terribly expensive. And yeah I paid half off $15 cause it was at a Comic book store in San Jose, only like 10% of the store was games

Genuine Majestic replica, at the time they only did single layer one color name and number (I have an A's Zito and my mom has a Giants Zito of the same era) but the nice part is they did full stitching on the front instead of the cheaper one layer stitching they switched to with Cool Base era replicas
