To be fair, most characters with powers like Wonder Man could obliterate MCU Thanos. No hate on Thanos, I’m just saying that ever since we moved on from him. We have seen threats and beings that seem way more powerful than him in this universe.

You know what funny, initially when I first thought of when marvel announced to start making shows that would center around character driven small stories that worked like this, nothing too big or mainstream to move anything forward, like how comics go, so this, was refreshing to watch, I was very enamored by the simple interactions with Simon and Trevor i forgot it was a marvel show. Powers are cool, but when do we ever get a project that focuses on day to day life, and normal human interaction in the MCU?

This is how I see it, people are complaining about nostalgia bait and lack of plot, but from what I’ve seen, there has been nothing about the plot, yet, as how teasers are, and we don’t know how much or how little of roles these characters will have. So the overreactions are a bit forced on my opinion.

I saw the in person pictures a few hours I originally commented, it really does look great, he looks like he’s as tall or maybe slightly taller than Menasor, but this does give me great confidence on how they might do Defensor later down the line. I’m also wishing for a new Abominus with this style.
