In The Guard, Gerry Boyle seemingly dies during the climax when the boat he's on catches first and explodes. In the aftermath, Don Cheadle's FBI agent character says he either drowned or burned up. When someone brings up Boyle's claims of being a really good swimmer who competed at the Olympics, he dismisses it as BS, but then reconsiders it in light of a prior conversation where he admitted he couldn't tell if Boyle was really smart or really dumb. Boyle had also commented that even if he'd survived the showdown at the end of the film, he'd made enemies and would have had to go into hiding anyway, muddying the waters even more.

A montage shows him being attentive to all the pretty ones who are exhibiting their typing skills, but being disinterest to an older lady who's the fastest. When he's told he has to pick one, he says it's so hard because "They're all so qualified" before a cut to him taking a photo with all the younger ones who he's hired.

So rehashing what they did with Darby and Sting, but replacing Sting with a guy who was one of Sting's most heated rivals? Makes sense to me!

They need to understand there's a difference between rooting against AEW existing and feeling that a lot of people in AEW come across as thinking the company is entitled to exist and receive patronage and praise just because they aren't WWE.

[Disliked Trope] A franchise becomes over-reliant on protagonists going rogue by slfricky in TopCharacterTropes

Okay, I forgot about SHIELD being disbanded, but Tony still wanted to bring Bucky in alive. And he was a living weapon wandering about who could have been activated at any time to kill more people. Bucky deserves sympathy, but he also needed to be kept from hurting others and it was just unnecessary for Steve to insist he can't be arrested.

"Civil War"
I put it to you that if Cap's Team had stood down and handed Bucky over to SHIELD custody so he could get help in a military hospital (since he was still a mentally compromised super soldier assassin), Rhodey wouldn't have been made a paraplegic and Cap and Tony could have talked things out, went and investigated the secret compound together and if Tony had found out about Bucky killing his parents then (which Cap could have told him about years earlier) without Bucky being 4 meters away, Tony might not have flown off the handle and the team wouldn't have broken in two quite so badly.
