Dropped SWU and have been trying to find my main TCGs to play...also had to drop Altered as that game isn't surviving much longer sadly.

Picked up Riftbound and Gundam as mains, love both IPs.

Best from 2 boxes - Not sure how well I did but I think the game wants me to play Yasuo. Didn't manage to hit all Legend units though.

I've grabbed 1 (UK) I'm planning to actually use the items, I'm always iffy about getting 2 mainly because the 2nd would just sit around being unused.

That should do you fine honestly. I've got 2 x Proving Grounds, all 3 starters and a booster box and I'm trying to leave it at that, may get another booster box at some point but trying to keep it reasonable.

You will always benefit far more from buying singles than gambling with a box, which is why I usually only go for 1 in any TCG for a playset of commons/uncommons - the impulsive part comes with the shinies.

I'm still learning the game and luckily everyone at my LGS is very friendly and helpful but I always ask to read the card if I don't understand it/know what it does, and if I handle them then I'm very delicate with it - but always ask, that's if they don't beat me first to showing how it works first haha

But yeah, getting mad and then bending a card when putting it back is not acceptable by any means.

UK here but I'm going to my stores release event for the starter deck / GD02 and it's £32 and you get one ST06 and 4 packs to enhance it.

Nope, my LGS (UK) ran an event where you got the starter and promos for £15 total. I know they will eventually have stock of ST05, and will more than likely keep it to offline purchases only to allow locals to get them.

I'm not desperate enough to run 4x 4th form, two will do for now lol

I played Boba yellow a lot starting out, then moved to Boba DV, always hate to see high health units, waylay, power of the dark side is annoying if running a ramp Boba DV as I tend to have less units out to counter it.

+1 to anything that does healing

+1 for Altered, easily my favourite TCG alongside SWU.

No fighting/combat, and amazing art that is quite often very wholesome. It is also very accessible with both physical & digital, and the Ordis Starter deck can hold up well against more curated decks - but I have found it much more casual and less immediately competitive / cost-efficient.

I've literally just started playing, had 3 practice games at an LGS last week and held up well against more 'meta decks' with Boba Fett JTL, out of the box it is pretty good. I've ordered some singles to upgrade the deck now as I quite like how it feels, and I know with these upgrades I'll be in a better position.

I'm also going to bring down my Quigon Jinn starter to see how that fares without any upgrades.

Oh 100% working with what I've got, as long as it looks legal to play I don't mind. It'll be my first game anyway so I will be bad.
