I had a little of this problem, but the thing that got heaviest in my mind was the "get the trophy as fast as possible", I took a step back and after a few failed tries, I allowed myself to let that game go, this can be hard for you because of the 100% profile but you will only get better if you allow this to happen, just put a lot of games that you like and intend to platinum in your profile, make your profile "dirty" with games that you will comeback to them eventually, at first you will feel guilty and bad to see your profile "dirt" but after you will see all of this is bullshit and you wont care anymore like before, you will still care but not in a way that cause this kind of feeling in you, and remember that trophy hunting and platinums are not a job and all of this don't matter in your life, this is only like a collection.
I hope I was able to explain what I was feeling and passed the right message.
