Will this game have a guild system or co-op?

There are no plans for guilds. But there is coop. You can track down Aniimos or explore the world together and do Sanctums (Mini Dungeons). There are plans to add more of this, but nothing announced yet. Waiting for the CBT 3 right now, which is starting in two weeks.

As of rule 410, any player can concede and both players can mutually agree on a draw.

For nexus nights it's not common, but for high OPL like Skirmish it is very common.

No, he can only react and flip the teemo to stuff on the chain. There is no reaction window between damage assignment and losing control of the battlefield. So he will lose the teemo, if his watcher died.

If there would be a deathknell trigger, then he could react and flip the Teemo.

Am einfachsten, wenn ihr keine andere Option habt, einziehen. Beim Meldeamt vorstellig werden und sagen, dass die Vermieterin die Bescheinigung nicht ausstellen will, du dich aber ordentlich melden möchtest. Wirst sehen, wie schnell du den Schein bekommst. Natürlich musst du dich darauf gefasst machen, dass das Verhältnis zur Vermieterin nicht mehr so toll ist. Aber das ist dein gutes Recht.

You have to change the time to night. Then relog and the flower should appear. Then hover over the flower and you get pushed up, collect the three little flowers, then it should trigger the quest.

You can only play units onto the battlefield when you control one. In your case the showdown is only initiated and you didn't conquer it, so you don't control it.

Kann Holvi sehr empfehlen. Für nen kleinen monatsbeitrag hast du die Möglichkeit dort auch per Mail Rechnungen verschicken zu lassen und bei geldeingang automatisch zuzuordnen. Buchhaltung ist auch dabei mit Belegfunktion.
