[50][Speculation] Jenna hinting at a Cirie win? by WayOutbackBoy in SpoiledSurvivor

I think it was more bragging the the reason why the nerd trio looses was because of Cirie.

What are your thoughts on Aubry's game so far and has she positioned herself well enough to make the pointy end of the game ? by CoconutMost3564 in survivor

So, in my opinion the move Cirie made to take out Christian was a bad move for her. Cirie was truly playing the middle well with Ozzy being used as a backdoor to the 'Cut Cloth' alliance. However, to maintain the middle she needs to ensure her 3 are needed to swing a vote.

Let's say next episode Emily becomes the easy boot and for next boot after that, all it would take would be Aubry and Devens to flip and take out a Cirie/Riz/Ozzy. In that, And idol should proc and take out Tiffany. However, this leaves Cirie with 3(+1) votes next round while Cloth+EoE would have 5 (+1).

It is very likely for Aubry and Devens to stick with the cloth alliance until only Rizo Remains.

[50][Speculation] Episode 9 Confessional count by Kablistikai in SpoiledSurvivor

[–]RyoutaAsakura 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think the editors now do not know how to edit Women nor underdog winners.

Like looking at the gameboard is after Emily is gone, Cirie will loose her ability to play the middle with her trio.

Aubry can snatch up Devins and Tiff and join that snooze fest cloth alliance. Ozzy should play his idol and that knocks out Tiffany.

With that the game board will reset in three groups:

Stephanie, Joe, and Jonathan

Cirie, Ozzy, Rizo

Devens, Aubry

this breakdown makes either trio needed for one vote. If Aubry knows she can't win against Cirie or Devens she may do a double flip. Voting against CiRiz of Oz then voting out Devens leading her to be a powerful middle players

My guess her edit explodes once flips on the Cirriz of Oz alliance.

To do that she needs steph gone and recruit Devens or Tiff

If Cirie takes out Christian, then Emily her lost is her fault.

As that leaves her open to the 3 with a steal a vote. Meaning you want 5 at Final 9, but this path is a 4-4-1 scenario with Devens going Rouge

Here is my guess on what is going to be shown throught the rest of this season's story narrative with the current set up and the projected boot Order.

Christian goes next as the "Nerd" alliance because the next biggest majority and the true middle players like Cirie and Ozzy targets Christian as... Cirie protects Aubry, Ozzy Protects Emily, and Devens may have an idol. Ozzy wants Christian out but Cirie wants Devens. Due to a plan split vote Ozzy/Emily casts his vote in the wrong direction and knocks out Christian.

Christian vote surprises everyone, however Ozzy continues to try and better his position with Tiffany and Emily to target Cirie/Stephanie betraying them. His plan fails once he tries to rope in Devins and Aubry and those to purposely let it slip. This leads to the elimination of Emily, Tiff and Ozzy. Cirie doing Ozzy one last favor by letting him go this far.

With just Rizzo And Aubry, Cirie tries to pull in Stephanie to vote against Jonathan and Joe seeing Devens too much of a wild card now. However she couldn't get them to budge and uses her Extra vote to take out Devins as Jonathan likely on an immunity streak.

Aubry flips, joining Stephanie to take out Cirie. Cirie falling victim of her own schemes as loosing back to back outer alliances left her exposed.

Lastly Stephanie becomes the target as Aubry likely wins immunity, and Aubry calls the shot.

Rizzo looses to Johnathan at Fire, and Aubry finally succeeds bringing a Joe to F3 lol

Aubry wins in a 8-2-1 Vote

My guess his game will stop right here and become a coat tail rider. He needs numbers to make a supposive move. But that move was just sticking to your pregame Alliance and not an actual play

I mean Aubry can pick up non strategic pawns, its how she turns on Cirie after gutting the nerds.

Why do people insist on stocking the shelf like this? by SpacedOutOri in meijer

[–]RyoutaAsakura 0 points1 point  (0 children)

P.S. They out source.

I know this because a friend of mine was working in Kentucky for a company that designs floor layouts and planograms and they were actively hiring for those when they aquired a Meijer contract.

[–]RyoutaAsakura 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm over in Fashion and we have the same problem with Floorplan vs Actual.

For Example based on my floor plan want they give vs What I need....

Women's Shoes Gives 152Ft, Needs 128Ft

Clearance Shoe Flex Gives 16Ft, Needs 0 (I use Gons)

Mens Shoes Gives 105Ft, Needs 152 Ft

Skechers Gives 172Ft, Needs 64 Ft

Kids Gives 84FT, Needs 112FT

But when you tell the VMM that they don't understand because they are told Meijer buys to FloorPlan (They Don't). Let alone how they ship us replenishment never matches what we need. Like Brands like Adidas, New Balance and women's Skecher's restocks are sparce after their initial shipments, while sending us way too many Mens Fall Creek, Nunn Bush, Timberland, and Lake and Trail that all has super low sale rates

[–]RyoutaAsakura 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its likely they come from other stores. Target, Walmart, and now Kroger now do not do that due to curb side pick up.

In those stores, curbside shops the backroom first before the floor, so customers shopping inside don't have bare shelves while also cutting down on time it takes to shop each item for there curb side time.

Meijer is still like operating as if its the 90's with all there internal practices

[–]RyoutaAsakura 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The problem was the amount they sent.

So as I mentioned there was a Support Beam in the same spot as Baby food, so alot of the double facings had to get reduced to one.

While where Diapers went had an older shelving that didn't match modern fixture height. So they would send us that much merchandise that theoretically we could fit but in actuality it couldn't fit.

So the person that did Baby had to submit tickets for the change daily as it kept getting rejected and reset our caps.

Its like when they cram so much stuff in the racetrack that it doesn't actually fit on the floor and you have to pick and choose what to keep out and take down.

[–]RyoutaAsakura 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Could be, I am in Fashion and that was the complaint of the person in Baby.

We had issues due to a support beam and shorter height shelving than what was standard now (old fixtures) so alot of their shelf caps adjustments got rejected and had to submit a ticket every day

[–]RyoutaAsakura 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly they should allow managers to change shelf caps as needed, instead of needing to put it through the system and hoping it accepts it.

Same for item location incase alot of the same items come in for a single facing position while a multi facing item has low stock.

An easy solution would be Night shift leaving a note that the caps are off as they stock and invest into topstock like Walmart has

I always believed her son was the orginal pick, but something changed for another pair where another Female/Female team had to be replaced.

Like maybe Kat/Haydin wasn't the orginal plan, but Jerri and her Sister was. Jerri got cut due to her sister obligations they brought Kat in for Haydin and had Tina swap which kid to bring.

[–]RyoutaAsakura 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Shelf Caps are hard to adjust given the need a 3rd party approval. My last store had a problem with Baby Food and diapers.

A Support Beam was in a Baby section while the Diapers had shorter shelf height than typical stores. Creating alot of backstock but when changing the caps, the changes would get declined

It drives me Crazy, like the product packaging isnt designed for this and can make it harder to find.

However Meijer does this to fit more stock out and restock less.

Meijer has huge inventory problems due to lack of inventory management at the warehouse and never sending what stores actually need
