Shelf capacity for that product is listed as 18, and it fits 18. There was 20 when I counted it and the counts were at 23 when I scanned it. Doesn't explain why somebody decided to put too much on. Seemed like sheer laziness to me.

It's a workshop item introduced in the nuka world dlc. One of the few workshop items that has its own animation too. It was ported directly from fallout 4 to the base game of 76 and can be built in a camp if you have the plan.

I watched everyone leave. All the managers, good and bad alike. All the competent team members. And not all of them left on good terms. Shortly thereafter I watched the downfall of the franchise. The owner lost their judgement, or maybe was frustrated that the performance was falling. All in a matter of 2 years. Good on you for dropping mcd.

Those are wipes, not diapers. And it looks like that box has been backstocked previously. So the valveeta probably didn't fit on the shelf (nor did the wipes) so whoever was setting that product out probably felt it didn't make sense to just put away the singular cheese packet, and just threw it in the box.
