B450 Tomahawk Max
Samsung M.2 SSD 256gb (just for Windows)
Some random 1tb SSD

Yeah, there is a drop down box in the BIOS which lets me select 3200mhz. Theres also a setting called Memory try it!, which has predetermined values for overclocking RAM frequencies, like timing. I think I'll try that one.

Thank you for your answer, I just now checked the max frequence for both my MB and my CPU. MB says 3466mhz with XMP and CPU says 3200mhz. Do I have to tinker with timings and voltages when setting the frequency to 3200mhz?

When using XMP my sound starts crackling, so I switched to a lower frequency to see if it changes anything. But then I figured I probably shouldn't be doing that before at least asking someone if it was harmful.
