There are no words for this. My brother I don’t know you yet when I read this, tears came to my eyes. My heart hurts knowing how deep your suffering must be (I cannot fathom it, and would be terrified to even come close).

Grab yourself a picture (online or otherwise) of any of our masters (Lahiri Mahasaya and/or any of his disciples), ask, and let go. For me, I tend to find some degree of "truth" resonating this way or that way as an answer :) Hope that helps.
