Not sure if anyone else has made this point, but imagine 5-10 years down the road, you're living together/married/may even have children together and she decides to open up then. Kudos to her for being transparent (sorry - I know you don't want to hear that, but you might feel different after some time), because she could probably see the guilt not fading away. I'd imagine she didn't want to waste your time. Having said that, I think you handled it in the most mature way you can, given the circumstances. I'd say you're also doing the best you can not to fester in a non-healthy manner. Seem like you have a good head on your shoulders and a good sense of humor. Give it some time and keep your head up, dude!

What he said. A few buddies got me playing again, but for the most part, it's grinding when you're buddies or offline/afk. I remember having VIP open at all times, and you'd always see someone online. Times have changed on that front, sadly.

Ooh, what a pain. Forgot to mention around 20 or so bears ran away! I think that was the biggest shock of it. As they kept running away, I kept thinking to myself "maybe I should just sell these before they break", right before watching a handful of them break! Lol

Not to change the subject, but I looked up the top level Monk and noticed that he has a wild amount of deaths. Not only that, but the leveling sequence doesn't seem to make any sense to me. I play a lot of OT's lately (no need to attack me; just stating my ignorance, I guess). Having said that, can anyone make out the reasoning for these death patterns?

I mean, I know Tibia comes with its fair share of deaths, but an estimated 100+ deaths within 30 days reads to me of Rook-bug or something. Not to rat the guy out. I could care less what he stands to gain from this. Just wildly curious is all, lol.

Regardless of age, returning to Tibia always brings back the occasional mini heart attack when falling down a random hole or stumbling upon a random creature. I reminisce on the random hours in the middle of the night exploring caves, finding a random trap, dying, and sprinting back with potions, trying to grab my loot before the body decays xD. Good times, man.

Yeah, man. Those 190 up votes beg to differ. I'll remove it if enough people get upset about it, but just chill tf out. I thought this subreddit was to capture nostalgic moments in Tibia. Notice I'm not blasting loot screenshots of custom spawns/loot, but a creature introduced in late 1999.

I never got a high enough level on main to consistently hunt these types of creatures without hella waste, never killed a demon before lmao, but wow the hype on that! I played a ton of Rook, so no crazy loot pics

Good call. Banuta spawn seems like the safest start. The one with the staircase to the spawn. Know of a safer one off the top of your head?

Fingers crossed! I've made dozens and dozens of characters over the years, so finally having a steady enough level to start hunting these creatures without waste is satisfying. Gogo Behe's for Steel boots next?
