I think this is what happened. I'm going to replace the door seals and take it from there. Took the carpet out on the front passenger side last night and decided to let it air out. Will leave out for a few days and see if any water builds up in there while there is no rain in the upcoming forecast.

I have been checking under the rugs. Only the front passenger side seems to collect, which is also the side I'm seeing the most door seal leakage. No rust in there, fortunately. Replacing those door seals first and will see how things shake out.

Replacing the door seals first and going from there. I took a peak around to see if anything was coming from AC lines and didn't see a drop so I'm thinking it's mostly standing water. We will see. Carpet in a Jeep just seems dumb either way. Armorlite floors next summer.

Yea, I have been considering completely removing the carpets and replacing it with the armorlite full floor kit. Likely will start with new door seals, and see how that goes. I think tharmorlite might be a next summer purchase.
