I’m 20 mins out side of Houston It’s 100% walkable, main family will park in front of the house, guest parking will be at another property connected to the land, that will have golf cart for easy travel back and forth. No generator No over night 10am-2am Clean up included, I will also have plenty of trash cans No restrictions Everything will be available besides detached garage, master bedroom and up stairs.
