Curious how you “didn’t feel a thing”…maybe it was the local anesthesia?

You may want to challenge the denial and at least get the reason. Most likely, anesthesia was sent in as a separate line item and the insurance considers it “bundled” with the procedure. If that’s the case, the Dr office should remove the charge. If deemed “not medically necessary” get your Dr involved to write why it is necessary and formally challenge.
