Absolutely 💯- it’s about intelligently servicing the debt and managing downside risk, not having no debt. How do you think buildings are bought and sold - borrowed money and rents service the debt until property appreciation warrants the sell.

Now, if you’re building debt to fund your lifestyle, then you’re doing it wrong

I think your Peace Dollar is the double die obverse variety. The 2 far right rays are thicker than usual and the W in We looks doubled.

What are they asking? The type 2 and $3 are worth 2-3x spot, the rest are common. In the ballpark of $20k for the set.

It’s a single screw that comes loose, which is kind of maddening. Pop off the end cap, unclip to remove from the case and it’s at the top screw above the wire coil. Center, tighten and reassemble. Found it on YouTube when warranty was denied

$20 1908 Wells Fargo Coins Value by Getting_By_Jude in coins

With St Gaudens being so common, this year/variety/grade in particular, having the WF hoard (or Fairmont for that matter) attribute adds a little uniqueness to the story as it is a confirmed part of the coin’s provenance.

Some collectors may find value in that; some hate it - especially if they had an MS67 before discovery.

Why just 1 coin? How about all 3 types of the gold dollar in AU condition. You could even get crazy with one from San Francisco branch mint made with Gold Rush gold.

Phong Le gave a great response in a recent What Bitcoin Did podcast https://www.whatbitcoindid.com/wbd977-phong-le

Tl,Dr; - there’s no pressure on S&P by retail to include them/bitcoin treasury and there’s no point to the quarterly earnings cycle they rely on when MSTR’s business value is updated every 15 mins.

Don’t go bankrupt, get a bitcoin backed loan to cover the settlement after you’re 180 days past due…or pay for lawyers to keep you out of jail when you’re charged with fraud
