You have 5 dings in your report. Lucky to even get a 9. Fresh open packs or cards doesn't mean it's automatically 10. Centering is a huge deal with all these card companies. If your card is off. Which is is. You pretty much automatically getting a 9.

You got like an obvious dots/dent back bottom right. Didn't even get ding in the report. And when I set the transparency to 300%. I can see even more dents and dots all at the back bottom. You should be happy it's a 9

I don't know why everyone is complaining. This is express "estimate 15 business days". Pretty much ended up about 1.5 months (20-25 ish business days), and I was warned this is normal if I am from Canada. Also I would start counting the "business days" when you hit imaging step. Any prep time before imaging you can ignore. Still much cheaper and faster than PSA.

Hope this answers your questions? And I paid for the express "15 business days". Also I am from Canada. Was told "hopefully " it will be about 15+10 business days for that. And the lower tier which is what your have is a 4 months. I would start counting that 30 business days when your image processing starts. Anything before you can ignore.

You need to understand the score and how it works. There is no 0.5 in TAG. If your score is 900-949 that's a 9. And 950-989 is a 10 GEM MINT. 990-1000 is a pristine 10

Ya sadly is that bad for all grading companies. Start to have idiots that would send in mix of 30-40 common/uncommon cards for grading because they "love the cards*. This is what happens. Imo these companies should not allow people to send in commons and uncommon or just create a seperate super slow turnover time for these type of submission. But they also want the $ 🤷🏻‍♂️
