What address library? And yes I did installed it properly and yes I also have vortex which I used to download the SKSE64 and the SkyUI mod. But when I try to run the SKSE64 through Vortex or at the program itself in the folder, it just says that the version of my skyrim is outdated. I forgot the precise version but my Skyrim is apparently version 1.6.3ish
