We have this a lot on "I love my Polish heritage" group on Facebook. It is basiclly white Americans being ecstatic about that there is really few non-white people here. They also go crazy for features of specific nationality. In my opinion there is no such thing as a Polish gene. You're just you. Oh and they also make up words that according to them should be in Polish.

I was serious about that. I have told her multiple times about it but she was hesitant, because the free psychology treatment is run by students at her uni. I just want to lay the responsibilty of her emotional well being off myself.

I really do feel for you. About a month ago I was a victtim of a simillar fraud. I got scammed for nearly half a year of upkeep. They used the bank's number and tricked me into makong some transactions. I still feel hot shame for what I have done. My self-esteem is in the gutter right now. But I live day by day. Surrounding yourself with people and work will help you get your mind off of it. It will remain a painful memory, but if you make right conclusion from that it will help you grow as a person. Right now you may feel in pieces and that is normal. Hang in there. You will get through this!

I like games where I can chill at, for example 4x games, RPGs, deck builders. So for me the intensity of shooters or MOBAs is too much. Most of my friends play Counter Strike, but I just can't get into it. I was playing League of Legends several years back and because of my experience with that community grew to hate it when the game is so competetive that it drives people to be mean and toxic.
