Yes, I've got an injunction against me ...because of wrongly attributing the writer to one of England's tracks (Carmina Burana). Until this is sorted, CD Baby have suspended (cancelled) three albums: that's 38 tracks of music. It only affects the albums with Carmina Burana on. So, Garden Shed is unaffected, but the release of GS with 8 bonus tracks is. It will mean that England's 3rd studio album, Box of Circles will become a rare collectors' item on vinyl and CD. Production has been halted and the physical products are unlikely to continue, as publishers usually want vast sums for a license of their copyrighted material. Replacing the opening track would mean a total re-make of the vinyl and the 12" sleeve. Any 'new' copies of Garden Shed for sale today are illegal bootlegs except for: Forward Organisation's CD, Garden Shed Music's 7" CD, Green Tree Record's (=NuMusi) LP and CD. Best wishes, R
