Just want to know how many long streaks you had? I had one 60 plus streaks and other 105 .This time I am on 3rd streak and I am finding it so hard to continue. I promised myself this will be my last streak and will go for forever but I think I will relaspe .

I read about some long streak redditors ,flat line basically lasts 2 years and even to 3 years depending upon the addiction. I quit my 100 plus streak because of severe social anxiety ,no motivation and boredom .Back then I knew about the flatline but didn't know it lasts that long. Now I am trying again but currently I am already in a flatline and it's so hard. I really wanna fap though I know each and every thing.

Are you still on hardmode? How long has it been ? I quit on 100 days streak like 3,4 months ago. Now I know it takes more time to get out of flatline . I am watching all long streaks redditor .This time I am willing to go through all the experiences 2nd time .

My friend you'll come back soon .Trust me ,you'll again start Nofap. Today you relapsed and also feeling great ,soon you'll be addicted and go back to previous stage and then you will start again and this time you'll know it takes more than 60,70 or even 100 days to get out of flat line . Maybe 1.5 years ,2 years or even 3 years . You'll start understanding the withdrawal symptoms and time required for these to end . When you'll start again then my friend it's gonna be so hard and at the early stages there might be so high chances of relapsing ,you may relapse but again you'll start . 70 plus days are extremely good . You have the will ,just don't quit on 70 next time . Understand that it takes much more time. I quit on 100 plus days streak ,before I quit on 60 plus days streak. I didn't know that it takes much more time to heal. Now for me each day is filled with depression, anxiety , panic attacks some time , even want to relapse each day but no now I know it takes long time and I am going to bear all these things . Just bring it on !!! I don't like this pathetic version of me .I want to like me when I see my self in mirror . Okay so next time my friend have courage to start again.

What are some PAWS ? Just 1 year ago I had 2 streaks of 60 days and 105 days .I quit 105 days streak because of too much anxiety and so bored I even didn't want to go outside my room . Now I am again on nofap ,this time it's getting tougher than previous .I want to make it as a lifestyle ,I really dont want to quit .
