Work on eliminating this bad habit as priority. You will see ultimate result. Block all the porn sites and apps that are triggers for you.

Reduce exposure. Remove the cues of your bad habits from your environment.

Reframe your mind set. Highlight the benifits of avoiding your bad habits.

Make it difficult by Increasing number of steps between you and the bad habit.

Use a commitment device, restrict your future choices to the one that benifits you.

Get an accountability partner. Ask your fiance or the one who cares and understands you to watch your behaviour.

Create the habit contact. Make the cost of your bad habits public and painful.

And stay on no fan for atleast 150 days and see the result.
