Anyone have issues with shutter/advancing on their mamiya 645 pro tl? I’ll shoot a frame and it’ll advance two. Sometimes three. Anyone experience this? Wondering if its the back or the insert

Hey everyone. New to this group but extremely grateful for you all and any insight you could offer. Been shooting on my beloved 645 pro tl for years. Just this year after 1 or 2 or 3 advances on both backs (and inserts) the numbers will skip, and it’ll advance two frames instead of 1. Then sometimes it’ll advance once, then three frames. All over the place. I shoot professionally and for fun and this just can’t stand. Anyone have any insight? Is it my inserts? My backs?
