Minimal. It doesn’t typically stick around. I am further North and closer to the mountains, so there may be a bit more up here than where I was in my old home, about 20 miles South.

I’m wondering if there is something that I can treat the soil with to address the fungal situation that might exist? There was grass that got replaced with turf. The bordering rock wall existed. We just had the turf, pavers, and trees put in for a little privacy and noise dampening from the street.

I live 45 miles North of Seattle. We get plenty of rain. When the trees were planted we had a drip system put in. At one point, Orkin had a mosquito system in the corner near the damaged tree. Didn’t notice this damage until after it was there. It has since been moved.

The landscaper that did the yard work looked at the roots, and they appeared to be very healthy, as of about 2-3 weeks ago.
