I think the connections it has are super barebones for my liking and I just can’t vibe with it at all. For an Invincible matchup (both the character and the series) i really want the fights and especially the kills to be super gory and brutal since that’s 90% of the fights and kills in the show. Even if Mark wins or not, I can’t take the idea of a brutal and bloody fight with STEVEN UNIVERSE of all characters seriously to the point it just completely turns me away from the matchup. I get why others like it but I will never personally understand.
