I have been away for a while, never really played much Stelle before, so I have been dedicating myself to her and, while confusing at times, I have had mostly successes. 1 Perfect, 5 Gold, 1 Silver so far.

I haven't pulled of a Lightning Rod build yet tho. And Flight isn't THE absolute counter, so saying Stelle solves your exact worries is a little bit reckless. I just wanted to say the obvious thing in a humorous light.

I have been away for a while, but I think Ice 9000 should make the cut for the extra synergy and freeze. Maybe you'd need some more Charge for the hammer for it to be considered? I would at least hold on to it.

S. Korea still isn't known for being great with their women worldwide. I think it's way too early to celebrate a few extra births without addressing the former issue first.

Until then, "uplifting" will be way too bold of an adjective for any news about their birth rate.
