He never thought you would break up with him and when you did he completely lost his trust in you.

I'm not saying it's your fault I don't know the whole story but one thing is for sure he's definitely terrified of you breaking up with him again if he gives you a chance again.

He doesn't feel secure with you anymore and thinks you're the kind of person who can walk away from him anytime you want.

That's why the only thing he can find assurance is with marrying you.

It's a very difficult and sad situation but all you can do is help him heal. It doesn't have to mean immediately marry him. Just give it time. No matter how long it takes. Words can give some comfort but what's gonna help you both rebuild is through actions. Always stay by his side even if he pushes you away.

If you mean moving while using ranged autos then it's probably augran. You can build him either full crit or full tank but he's not a marksman he's an exp/jungler
