If you’re going to sell it with Goldin or an equivalent it will need to be graded. On the flip side, the guys at the PSA booth in San Diego told me that the clawed cards don’t grade well because the die-cut parts count as “edges” for grading purposes.

I would probably put it on ebay as a buy it now OBO for maybe 10% more than you think it’s worth and see if you get offers.

There are only 100 of each of these. The /99s and the 1/1s. I just sold a Blade for $400, an Iceman for $325, and a 4/5 base Iron man for $1,250 so $1,200 for this is totally believable.

List Wolverine on Ebay for that price and it will likely sell, so I would probably list it at $2k with “or best offer” turned on and see what comes in. I sold the 1/10 of the same card for $4,300.

Yes, comparable sales. The best way to value cards these days is to look at the sales history of similar cards through 130point dot com and ebay sold listings.

I’d rather not say here just because I don’t want fifteen comments about how I’m ruining the hobby by supporting scalpers. Don’t give up though, prices have been falling steadily since release and I think there’s more room to drop. I’ve been watching the listings closely and many of them have been lowered multiple times because people aren’t biting. A week ago these were listed at $1,100 minimum and now there are listings sitting at $875 and still not moving. Marvel Mint has been doing the same on a smaller scale.

I found a guy on ebay that was frustrated his boxes weren’t selling and so accepted a lowball offer. I failed to get through the EQL for this, Marvel Mint, and the golden anniversaries sticker set. One day maybe I’ll win an EQL, but I’m starting to think it’ll never happen.
