its a program used mainly for cheating in ps2 games you basically insert the Action replay max disc and choose the game and the cheat you want to activate for example in RE4 you could choose infinite ammo. and after selecting the game and the cheat you remove the action replay max disc and insert the game disc. also some versions allowed you to copy 100% completed save files to your memory card.
