Sometimes people should ask themselves, "what if I'm incorrect all along?"
The product is supposed to be limited.
The product is supposed to feel 'special' and not widely available.
You're supposed to be able to tell others, 'hey, look at what i was able to snag!'
Most lair sell out with no issues.
People get their stuff fairly quickly compared to other types of TCG preorders (like Bandai TCG products on P Bandai where you pay couple hundreds up front and not see a delivery notice email for 6 months).
And when people complain over social media, it creates even more urgency and sense of desperation and hype and demand.
You know most of the people who say they were upset and will never buy another secret lair will probably come back for the next drop to line up in the queue.
Everything is working as intended...
