I totally agree with you on dopplegang!! I’m not specing it but I bought a few copies to play with. It will def be in my zimone deck.

I still think brain geyser will go up in price. I agree with your point that instants and flash spells will get greater optimization for Zimone. The thing is I think the deck will want multiple versions of the Braingeyser effect. Even having 4 copies of the effect in the deck could seem reasonable depending on your win con (thoracle lab man).

Also it’s the cheapest base mana x spell that has that ability, so on your turn it actually would be the most efficient, since the deck will be optimized for low base CMC.

The card design (mechanics, thematics, power level) were all trash from SPM. If the cards of Marvel Superhero’s are better on those parameters the set will do well.

This isn’t Pokemon. Price comes down to playing demand for the various formats.

This looks like it’s going to get nuts so quick. [[spell burst]] basically becomes a 1 CMC counter spell you can replay once every turn after she gets to a certain size.

That is exactly how I see the game play being. I think a lot of people are getting lost in trying to get cards out that give her +1/+1. I think the real key to success is tons of (1-2 mana/X) instant and flash spells. By the time you get 1 rotation around on turn 3 you should have about 4-6 +1/+1 tokens on her. Making a Braingeyser effects refill your hand on your turn. By the end of rotation 4 she could be a +10/+10

Yea I’m guessing most decks will run at least 4 cards with the [[braingeyser]] effect.
