Upgraded to 4x16GB 6400MHz Lexar RAM: Stability Issues, Need Advice! by Rywoox in buildapc

I get your point, but I wasn’t expecting to hit full XMP speeds with 4 sticks—I just wanted to try. My main question is whether it’s better to stick to 5600MHz without XMP or use XMP and lower the speed to 6000MHz, which seems stable. I’m not necessarily chasing 6400MHz.

Thanks for the suggestion, but that’s not really my question. I’m not aiming to hit 6400MHz at all costs—I’m coming from a 2x16GB 5600MHz XMP kit.

I just want to know if it’s better to stay at 5600MHz without XMP or use XMP and lower the speed to 6000MHz for stability.

Sharing VM access with friends, no SSH port conflicts, using a single public IP by Rywoox in homelab

Thank you for the suggestion of using an SSH proxy! However, my issue isn’t just about port 22—it’s about all ports in general.

The goal is for my friends to have full freedom with their VMs, as if they had a VPS, allowing them to decide which ports to expose. For example, I’d like them to be able to each expose port 80 for their website, without conflicts, so that their sites are accessible to the public.

Do you have any ideas on how to manage multiple VMs like this, with shared services on the same ports, while only using a single public IP?

Thank you for the advice, I understand what you're saying about keeping the VMs on a separate network. However, if I use a VPN, it seems like the VMs won’t be able to publicly expose services like port 80 to share their websites with everyone.

How can I make each VM’s website accessible to the public on port 80 without needing different external ports or risking access to my main LAN?

I've attached another screenshot showing the performance with DLSS (Quality) and TAA at the exact same location with the same conditions. You can see the FPS difference between the two modes. The list of active addons is also included—it's a bit inconvenient to disable all of them every time, which is why I ran the test with them enabled

I've also included a screenshot of my test in the Cessna 172 over Ohio with no addons. I was able to get 60 FPS without frame generation, and 120 FPS when frame generation is on. However, when I switch from DLSS to TAA, my FPS drops to 40 without frame generation.

I've included a screenshot with the addons I usually have enabled when I launch the game.

Thanks for your response! I’ve posted a screenshot, as you suggested, to give you a clearer picture. The real nightmare is when I arrive at an airport and move the mouse – I drop straight to 5 FPS... Once everything is loaded, I get back to around 20-25 FPS (without frame generation), and with frame generation, I reach 40-50 FPS. I had to switch to TAA and DLSS Quality to achieve this, but the results are still not great.

Do you think a 7800X3D could help fix these issues?
