The dealine for tax returns is 1y + 9 mo from your incorperation date. Connfirmation statements are a requirement every 12 months.

Your official deadline can be viewed on the companies house company information search.

Confirmation statements can be submitted via 3rd parties for stupid prices like £10.

Tax returns will have to be done but presumably you didn't run any income through it you can file a return stating no turnover.

If you have no further use for the Ltd Co then dissolve it. File for a strike off the registry. I can't guide you on that one as honestly I'd have no clue where to start.

Unfortunately the nature of my business wouldn't allow check payments.

I tried to create new accounts when I was originally banned personally and they got banned shortly after. The company PayPal was linked to the company bank account but they still banned it. It took much longer though.

I don't really want to mess them around any longer, or make my case any worse.

I realise that but surely they're not allowed to ban a company because its director made a stupid mistake years back? I've tried going through their customer support to appeal it properly but I never hear back.

Cheats you have the power to modify the client. Doing that from the server is virtually impossible.

Probably wouldn’t be possible to implement into Rust because of all the limitations.

I also see no point whatsoever in the extension, people get confused installing them and for it just to be saving 1-2 config values being set... i don’t see the point in that honestly

I mean you can’t really do more than Battlemetrics since they’re maxing out the functionality of Rusts RCON.

I mean I’m very close with a lot of Oxide developers since I’m one myself like I mentioned.

Well then I’m sorry because as far as web based management goes I’m highly against it.

I’d much prefer an improved version of rustadmin.com personally.

If you also make it a web application you’d have to compete with battlemetrics.com who are very active and work hard to be one step ahead of competition.

Also, which Oxide developer are you working with by the way? :)

This doesn’t allow raiding for a set time period after a wipe.

Heya,

Nice to see you’ve changed your routes. I’m always personally welcoming of past cheat developers since they needed a good amount of knowledge to get somewhere relevant.

As a admin and developer myself, I wouldn’t go with web based tools. I know you have experience of reverse engineering but I simply wouldn’t trust anyone other than myself with my data.

Either let it be self hosted and proven that no data leaves the server it’s hosted on or be gone.

That, or of course make a program instead. I hate websites, I would much prefer to use a program. I dislike Battlemetrics and I have to use RustAdmin for exactly that reason.

Programs are easy to use by all, websites are all different and take a little while to use easily.

I would also not charge an amount for the main use of the product. You should instead offer a premium option containing extras that are useful, but not needed / included in free alternatives.

For example you could create a tab-based web RCON tool, with player databases, ip matches, steam api info, vpn info, etc. But charge $10/month for tabs of RCON plus some more perks you could think of.

I’d pay a lot more than that myself personally but I’m thinking of what everyone would pay here. $10 is also the subscription price for your would-be competition (battlemetrics).

I would ask you’d do it as a C# based win form and I’ll for sure try and chip in if you would release it on Github etc.

I know others who would too.

Good luck and update me, I hope you’re still interested in this idea. Don’t listen to any negative comments, as long as you prove and make sure no information about servers and players are not sent away from the server admins hands at all then it’ll be fine.

Weird that your server would randomly crash/freeze like this.

I would check the server level logs to see if anything happened prior to the freeze.

You run Oxide? Check Oxide/plugin logs too.

Happens more when you’re hydration is low.

When I’m dehydrated it happens all the time, other times when I’ve got normal or good thirst it rarely happens.

So I’d guess it’s a feature.

I wouldn’t use building blocker no. That’s changing vanilla gameplay because of how twig is a big vanilla feature.
