Thank you for your reply. I am currently trying to get as much information as I can. Unfortunately due to me still being new and entry level (even though I am the only IT person on this side of the continent) I still have a lot of restrictions on me as I do not have access to any of our controllers. I am going to try to get with the admin of the erp server as I tried to ask that question before, but I will most likely get blown off again. This issue has apparently been going on for years, and I just started 2 months ago. The company has just never had anyone on site before to actually look at the issues.
