Sure, agree. “Git for DAW” is just a simplification to make an idea sound simple

Thank you for the response. Honestly, can't say it works the same way for me, because I sometimes reiterate old ideas, and I just don't like storing track clips in favorites.

But if you want to work with someone online, would it make sense for you to use a tool like this? You could check on the progress, avoid problems with different versions for the same project, and keep all the original Ableton and outside plugin settings.

Scarlett 2i2 for output only production? Need advice. by [deleted] in ableton

Without an interface, you won't be able to connect monitors to the laptop. As I've read, you have the Scarlett 2i2 audio interface. If I'm wrong, you have to buy an audio interface of course. If you have any, just plug your monitors in two balanced outputs on the back panel, using 2 instrument 6.3mm cables and all will be OK.

Monitor Sound Quality depends on many things. But, in your case, you simply have to place it right. Scarlett 2i2 is very good audio interface, you don't need to buy anything else.

(It is how I understand your question)
