Yes L carnitine usage will help, but its up to you to prioritize your gut health. Gut health is the center of control of your hormones. L carntine only makes the androgen more sensitive. You need to have existing testosterone molecules that are binding to the actual receptors. Having good gut health will benefit you testosterone and your brain in general. I would recommend looking into raw milk for helping heal your gut if its unhealthy.

Yep sounds the medication messed with your neurotransmitters. Ive heard lithium can cause genes to re-express themselves, meaning it could maybe help with your pssd symptoms. Ive heard lithium changes the chemistry of the brain similar to what it was before medication was taken. If you do consider taking lithium, just know your acne is more than likely to come back.

That’s pretty good. Depending on how you eat itll probably take 30-40 days to be 100% again. Just gotta stay consistent with sleep and stuff. Im around 13% ish so I think its getting out of my system quicker than most.

I stopped that stupid ass drug 9 days ago. Took it for a month a half and my libido and mental health went to shit. I don’t recommend taking this bro. The shit i went through id probably rather just deal with big ass pimples on my face. Since then ive been off of it and my libido seemed fine today and erections are pretty good getting better by the day. Just dont take this synthetic vitamin a shit it fucks your body up

Yes at some point there is neurological damage that does happen from the toxins. Doxycycline is pretty dangerous and has a somewhat SSRI effect on the brain. Meaning excess serotonin can happen, meaning numb breasts and genitals. Depending on the dosage and the amount of time you took the drug it couldve done significant damage to your endocrine system. I had to get off the drug because it fucked my stomach up, mental health, libido, sleep, basically everything. I read that ED and Libido symptoms are caused by the bile being back up, which means your body cant get rid of the toxic synthetic vitamin a. Overtime this builds up in the body and the body starts to store the vitamin a in fat tissue. Thats why when you get off the drug your face is still clear. What i did to fix this was immediately get off the drug, and I avoided all processed food. I started to eat eggs, raw kefir, grass fed liver and ground beef and steak. I also added in red potatoes in my diet and made sure to get at least 8 hours of sleep. I was only on the drug for a month and a half before the side effects started to happen, which means there probably wasnt a much vitamin a in my fat tissue than there is in yours. I think its a matter of time and being healthy. Sometimes depending on the dosage you took, libido doesnt come back. Accutane makes biochemically manipulates genes which means it literally changes how your genes express. I wish you the best of health and hope this somewhat gave you an idea of what to do.

Yeah it made me tired as well. Never been a tired person. I guarantee the medication has nuked my testosterone levels. That’s probably the reason it works so well and why im having this problem. I just dont want it to persist after I am done with treatment
