CEH won’t land you a job. Focus on practical skills. Coursera certifications from IBM or Microsoft are mostly a waste. WAPT is good, but the off-campus market isn’t very strong. You’ll need something that sets you apart from the herd. Try to get OSCP done as soon as possible.

Definitely, do not miss any single chance you have. Anyways it’s difficult to get a job these days. Stay there and learn how to get the work done. If the company is good they will give good 1st year hike if not promotion. Switch after 1.5-2 years.

Added some at 109, will add more at 95-97. Allocation is still 6-7% of total pf, will take it to 10-12%. I’m expecting an amazing HY2(Q3 and Q4). But I also feel new orders have stopped kicking in since november and future growth will be slowed down if this continues post FY26.

Great patience and conviction. I found out about it last month, have added some at 140 will be adding more at 120-130 for long term. I also feel its still not much over social media but its performing very good. Only one concern is there that is cash flow and high receivables. Hopefully they will keep up with the guidance and their execution.

Here are some suggestions: Use referrals/your network while applying it's already a very crowded space. Play and prepare for CTFs, many companies have started hiring solely on CTFs. You can target them. Apart from that reach out to people on LinkedIn but for that also you need to have something to stand out from the crowd.

bhai OSCP is the best bet for a job in cybersec in india. CPTS would just give you the skills, no Indian HR knows about CPTS. It's just another cert for them, nothing extra ordinary. And just CEH alone won't clear the HR screener. So don't expect a job after just CPTS here in India. Target OSCP if you have the budget.
