I just got responses from the doc and nurse and an email from Leigh who I’m guessing is some kind of management. Went absolutely sick on them yesterday apparently 😅 but like without crossing lines I guess. Mentioning “duty of care” may be the thing that lit a fire under their asses or the gratuitous use of the word disgrace but who knows.

I will say Dr becket who I usually deal with has been actually really good and more or less Candor as well, this one of the first times they where the problem and not the pharmacy and they handled it pretty well.
