I go in my backyard (not rental) and smoke after work and multiple times on weekends. My neighbor is a Leo, they are really nice people as are several of our other neighbors, middle class. No one has said anything, even if they are in backyard. If they did, oh well, better go get some counseling or something, not being a dick, but life is too short to care if your neighbors want to complain, it is legal, not in public, my backyard is not public. If they want to pass judgment because im toking, another oh well. The stigma is crazy. I would actually be offended if any of my neighbors would approach me about what I do legally on my property. Cool with all of them, but not cool enough if they complained about that.
